The Philosophy

Most data training is content delivery: here are the facts, here are the steps, now go do it. That's not how judgment gets built. Judgment gets built when someone has to work through a messy situation, make a call, and then  specifically understand why they got it right or wrong.
The goal in every session is for participants to reach the correct conclusion before I do. Not to be handed it.

What This Looks Like in a Workshop

Every session mixes three modes:

Whole Group

Small Groups

Individual

The Embedded Sprint Difference

A 1-day workshop teaches. A 4-8 week sprint transforms. When I am embedded in a team, skill building happens on real projects, not hypotheticals. The feedback loop is immediate. The application is live. And the capability scorecard at the end shows leadership exactly where the gaps closed and where to focus next.

What I Am Not

Not a platform trainer (the platforms do that)

Not a data analyst for hire (you have those)

Not a content delivery lecturer who talks for six hours and leaves
